World AIDS Day

Home|World AIDS Day

World AIDS Day, designated on 1 December every year since 1988, is an international day dedicated to raising awareness of the AIDS pandemic caused by the spread of HIV infection and mourning those who have died of the disease.

Every year ACNBA hosts our World AIDS Day event to help raise awareness, share education, and engage the community.

On December 1, 2020 the AIDS Committee of North Bay and Area held a virtual World AIDS Day event via Zoom. We are excited to commemorate the date with everyone in person again soon!
